Method of Bonding Woody Material without Additives

A new method for bonding wood surfaces which eliminates the need for adhesives or other chemical additives.

This invention eliminates the requirement for added binders/adhesives by modifying surface of the woody material and binding the resulting modified surfaces together. The modification process requires no chemical additive and is unique from other binderless adhesive systems (such as friction welding).
