Collaboration among researchers is becoming more important, reflecting the increased complexity of interdisciplinary research and improving the quantity and quality of the resultant publications. One main challenge is how to evaluate the contributions of individuals in the collaboration. Traditional metrics such as H-index assume equal contribution of each collaborator, which is not reasonable in practice. This problem is important in many scenarios; for example, employee recruitment, tenure promotion, award nomination, etc. Our method and software offer a powerful tool to address this problem based on several axioms.
