This invention, AdaPipe, is an intelligent recommendation system designed to streamline and optimize the selection of data-processing pipelines in dynamic manufacturing environments. By combining metadata from industrial datasets with advanced text-based embeddings of pipeline components, AdaPipe creates a rich, structured representation that enables smarter decision-making. It uses a powerful mathematical model to predict how well different pipeline options will perform, even when historical performance data is limited. This approach eliminates the need for costly trial-and-error testing, significantly reduces time-to-deployment, and ensures more accurate, context-aware pipeline recommendations. By integrating key technical innovations like word embeddings and low-rank optimization into an easy-to-use, automated system, AdaPipe delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability, and scalability for data-driven manufacturing operations.
